About the Job:

As a Paralegal in our Private Wealth Structuring team, you will play a critical role in supporting the creation of fund onboarding documents, coordination of internal and external stakeholders during the formation process, and assisting with contractual set-up related to funds, including distribution agreements.

Responsibilities:

  1. Support fund structuring and formation processes – drafting, coordination of internal and external stakeholders, preparation of fund onboarding documents.
  2. Assist with contractual set-up related to funds, including distribution agreements - assist in the internal tools management, coordinate with internal stakeholders to retrieve information or push forward processes, update of agreements to include new funds/sub-funds.
  3. Support commercial initiatives – initial drafting, follow up and monitoring (e.g. marketing campaigns, fair treatment policy).
  4. Lead internal administrative and organizational processes within the team – filing system, documents categorization, legal memos.
  5. Review and update internal processes pages.
  6. Develop and maintain reporting on key projects and team activities.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience as paralegal in asset management.
  • Familiar with European regulators, in particular CSSF.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • High attention to detail, very organized.
  • Solid understanding of funds' structures and fund formation processes.
  • Strong interpersonal and project management skills to manage multiple projects at any one time.
  • Excellent English skills.
