About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Food Safety and Quality Manager to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and safety of our products. You will oversee the implementation of quality management systems and lead initiatives to improve performance against key quality metrics.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Develop and implement a global corporate QA strategy and action plan to meet short and medium-term business objectives.
- Directly manage the regional quality team who own direct QA oversight of our sites, global food safety, regulatory, global customer accounts, and center of excellence.
- Continually improve performance against key quality metrics such as customer complaints, quality-related costs, and audit outcomes.
- Lead the alignment of crucial quality initiatives with internal and external stakeholders.
About You
- Bachelor's degree in chemistry, biology, microbiology, or food science.
- At least 25 years of professional experience in a global QA environment within the food sector.
- In-depth understanding of food safety, quality engineering/management, and regulatory requirements for the food industry.
