Key Responsibilities

This role involves developing and driving sales strategy and profitable revenue growth via new customers or products. You will also effectively build formal and informal relationship networks outside and inside the organization, understanding the needs, requirements, and what motivates the customer.

A high level of persistence, creativity, and persuasiveness will be required to drive the organization towards its growth goals. Key responsibilities include:

  • Develops and drives sales strategy and profitable revenue growth via new customers or products.
  • Effectively builds formal and informal relationship networks outside and inside the organization.
  • Uses compelling arguments to gain the support and commitment of others.
  • Finds solutions to difficult or complex situations.

Requirements:

  • Technical bachelor's degree.
  • 7-10 years of automotive or sensing industry experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a business development or sales account role.
  • Experience in sensors or electro-mechanical products preferred.
