Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Marketing Operations Specialist to join our team in Switzerland. As a key member of our retail marketing team, you will be responsible for overseeing the quality standards of our merchandisers and promoters across various retail outlets.
Your primary objective will be to ensure that our store segmentation is continuously improved and adapted to meet the needs of our customers. You will work closely with other departments to optimize processes, analyze data, and implement action plans based on your findings.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop and Implement Quality Standards
- Define and continuously improve store segmentation for all product categories
- Develop and oversee Field force operations and intelligence systems
- Set and monitor Field Force KPIs, including monitoring of product knowledge, store visits, maintenance/VOC, and sales-related performance targets
- Coordinate and liaison with external agencies, including supervision, coaching, and development of plans
- Set targets and evaluate promoters, including performance reviews and development of improvement strategies
- Lead regular Field force meetings, such as briefings, and best practice discussions
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A degree in business administration or similar
- At least 3-5 years of work experience in a similar position and environment
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel)
- Strong project management skills
- Fluency in German and English, French is a plus
