Financial Content Specialist

Lombard Odier, a renowned global wealth and asset manager, is seeking an experienced Financial Content Specialist to join its Investment Marketing and Communications Team.

About the Role:

  • Develop and disseminate high-quality investment content across various platforms to support the bank's investment communications.
  • Collaborate with economists, investment strategists, and asset-class experts to create regular investment articles and research papers.
  • Edit and proofread English-language investment articles, ensuring alignment with the Lombard Odier House View and consistency of language with applicable rules and regulations.
  • Write marketing materials to support the investment offering and coordinate timely content dissemination across internal and external channels.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders and contribute to the production of content across the entire workflow chain.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Create engaging investment publications, video scripts, and podcast scripts for external use.
  2. Assist in drafting regular media commentaries and op-eds for global financial media outlets.
  3. Coordinate the production of content across units and channels, repurposing and condensing assets into channel-required formats.
  4. Prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines under pressure.
  5. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of financial markets, economies, and public and private asset classes.

About You:

  • Degree in Journalism/Economics or a related field.
  • Strong experience working in financial journalism, with a native-level understanding of English and excellent writing skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and online content distribution channels.
