Job Summary:

This is a challenging and exciting opportunity to join Forbo Management SA as a Corporate IT Coordinator and PMO Lead. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the IT project portfolio, leading in global IT budget and controlling processes, and defining and maintaining IT standards for enterprise architecture.

The ideal candidate will have experience in corporate IT, project management, and ITIL or Cobit frameworks. Additionally, they should have a good understanding of IT processes and business drivers.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage IT project portfolio
  • Lead in global IT budget and controlling process
  • Define and maintain IT standards for enterprise architecture
  • Manage IT documentation lifecycle
  • Maintain e Learning tool for cybersecurity awareness
  • Periodical analysis of IT benchmarks
  • Ensure quality of IT relevant master data
  • Spearhead internal control system (ICS) and ensure assessment for corporate IT
  • Monitor IT performance measurement

Key Skills:

  • Project management skills (PRINCE2 or PMI/PMP)
  • ITIL or Cobit framework experience
  • Business process and enterprise architecture modeling tools in a SAP environment
  • LMS e Learning tools knowledge
  • Workflow tools like K2 Nintex or Basware experience
