Job Description
  • Business Process Analysis: Support the systematic approach of business process analysis, identifying potential inefficiencies that can be addressed through hyperautomation tools.
  • Requirement & Specification Management: Establish robust requirement and specification management practices, ensuring that checklists are performed and defined standards are kept.
  • Delivery of Automation Solutions: Work closely with IT business partners and development teams to deliver automation solutions.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with various business partners and their business areas to understand potentials and develop value cases.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Educational Background: Proven experience in delivering digital, hyper-, intelligent automation solutions, preferably with good experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing companies.
  • Technical Knowledge: Understanding of AI, ML, RPA, integration platforms, data analysis, and process modeling tools (BPMN).
  • Communication and Collaboration: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex ideas and data. Strong collaboration skills, able to work effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
  • Problem-Solving and Analytical Thinking: Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with a proven ability to solve complex problems and make data-driven decisions.
