Job OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Industrial Participation Specialist to join our dynamic team in Stans, Switzerland. This role offers a unique chance to contribute to the development of our industrial participation programs and work closely with international clients.
Responsibilities- Solution Generation and Negotiation: Identify, create, and negotiate solutions for industrial participation programs to drive business growth.
- Proposal and Business Plan Preparation: Develop and review industrial participation proposals and business plans to ensure alignment with company goals.
- Project Execution and Oversight: Supervise project execution and milestones to guarantee timely completion and success.
- Reporting and Presentation: Generate internal and external reports and presentations to facilitate communication and decision-making.
- Industrial Participation Network Management: Coordinate efforts with industrial participation authorities and customers to build strong relationships and drive results.
- Aerospace Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in the aerospace sector, preferably with exposure to industrial participation.
- Education: Technical or commercial education, such as a degree in engineering, business administration, or a related field.
