As a key member of our research group, you will contribute to the development of state-of-the-art approaches for building robust decision support systems powered by explainable and interpretable predictive algorithms.
Your Responsibilities- Design and implement machine learning models for predicting disease progression and treatment outcomes
- Collaborate with medical experts to integrate clinical data and domain knowledge into our research
- Develop and maintain computational infrastructure for large-scale data analysis and modeling
- Contribute to the development of new research directions and methodologies
- Master's degree in computer science, optimization, statistics, applied math, or a closely related field
- Proficient in Python and the scientific computing stack (SciPy, Numpy, Scikit-learn, pandas)
- Proficient in one of the deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, Tensorflow, or Jax)
- Knowledge of probabilistic graphical models, explainable AI methods, and generative ML models
- An interdisciplinary research environment with access to state-of-the-art computational resources
