We are seeking a highly skilled Azure Business Intelligence Developer to join our team at Synechron Switzerland. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for collecting and documenting the needs identified from MIS report consumers, identifying and communicating data requirements to the Data Hub team, and performing data visualization developments using Power BI for the Wealth Management division.
Responsibilities:
- Collect and document the needs identified from MIS report consumers;
- Identify and communicate data requirements to the Data Hub team;
- Perform data visualization developments using Power BI for the Wealth Management division;
- Monitor monthly and daily data loading processes to anticipate production incidents;
- Ensure data quality and promote high-quality service;
- Understand complex management processes and apply efficient solutions;
- Provide support for functional, operational, and technical system issues;
- Train the Wealth Management division on Power BI reporting capabilities.
Qualifications:
- Experience with MIS / Data Warehouse within the Banking Wealth Management sector;
- Previous experience in IT implementation projects;
- Degree in computer engineering, business administration, or related field;
- Good knowledge of data warehouse tools and SQL;
- Mastery of computer software such as MS-Office;
- Working experience with Power BI, T-SQL, or PL/SQL;
- Creative problem-solving skills and adaptability;
- Fluency in English and French.
