Join the Jet Aviation team as a skilled Aircraft Painter in Singapore. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality painting and finishing services on aircraft interiors and exteriors. Your expertise will be essential in ensuring that our aircraft meet the highest standards of quality and safety. Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, apply, and touch up paint on aircraft fuselage under direct supervision.
• Perform high-quality repairs to painted surfaces of aircraft interior and exteriors in the shop and on-wing.
• Apply paint to surfaces using spray equipment and other manual/mechanical methods.
• Interpret material specifications to ensure finished product meets design and engineering requirements.
• Comply with and champion Safety, 5S, and housekeeping practices.
• Work to develop and implement process improvements that address safety, reduce cost, reduce cycle time, and man-hours.
• Utilize the material tracking system to create parts demand, track squawks, and sign-off work.
• Assist in maintaining shop equipment.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in paint finishing processes in the aerospace industry is preferred.
• Ability to climb ladders and stairs, work in small restricted areas, lift up to 40 pounds, and work any shift.
• Ability to operate and maintain sanders, grinders, paint spray guns, platform lifts, forklifts, etc.
• Trade school certificate or apprenticeship is a plus.
• Ability to understand simple English language.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and engineering documentation is a plus.
• Ability to work/maintain tasks without constant supervision.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Results-driven, team player, self-motivated.
