Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive recruitment activities, including initial screening, interviews, and onboarding of new employees to ensure a seamless hire-to-hire process.
  • Effectively manage and update employee records, handle HR inquiries, and maintain compliance with labor laws to minimize risk and ensure a positive work environment.
  • Collaborate in developing and implementing HR policies, performance evaluations, and benefits administration to support employee growth and retention.
  • Supervise office staff, manage facilities, supplies, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations to maintain a productive and safe workspace.
  • Oversee administrative tasks, including scheduling, correspondence, and document management to ensure efficient day-to-day operations.
  • Plan and coordinate office events, meetings, and handle special projects as needed to foster a positive company culture.
