Belimo Automation AG is seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Supply Chain Sustainability Specialist. This role plays a crucial part in our company's success, contributing significantly to our competitiveness and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and optimize our procurement and supply chain processes to ensure sustainability aspects are integrated throughout.
- Develop and implement a competitive sustainability plan aligned with our company budget.
- Implement a zero-waste and net-zero approach in procurement, operations, and supply chain.
- Integrate sustainability into the end-to-end procurement process.
- Support project-specific tasks and provide technical training to team members.
Requirements:
- Basic technical training, including an engineering degree, business administration degree, or similar.
- In-depth knowledge of sustainability and cross-industry experience.
- Excellent written and spoken German and English skills for global communication.
- Proven experience in a comparable function, project management, and sustainability solution conception.
- Sound MS Office skills, with SAP experience highly advantageous.
- Good understanding of supply chains for industrial production and experience in interdisciplinary work.
