Your Key Responsibilities

  • Build trust and confidence through transparency, clarity, and consistency.
  • Deliver fair and accurate reports on audited financial statements.
  • Enhance transparency and confidence in audits to achieve high-quality results.

Key Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • A degree in Accounting, Audit & Management Control, Corporate Finance, Business Administration, or Economics; a Swiss university degree is beneficial.
  • Certification as a public accountant or equivalent (Swiss CPA, DEC, ACCA, etc.).
  • 2-3 years of experience in external auditing, with a Big Four background being advantageous.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with French and German being strong assets, and any additional language a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including effective communication, relationship-building, and handling pressure.
