About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Software Development Engineer in Test to join our team. As a key member of our software development team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automated testing frameworks and tools to ensure the highest quality of our software products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop automated testing frameworks and tools to cover both black-box and white-box testing for features developed by our Agile team.
  • Automate acceptance test cases using the same coding languages as our developers.
  • Review development code to build an effective automation suite to cover technical and business integration automation coverage.
  • Collaborate with developers in reviewing unit test results for coverage analysis.
  • Perform manual exploratory tests to identify and report defects.
  • Drive automation efficiencies and coverage to ensure the test coverage and execution of Unit, Integration, Acceptance, Regression, Security, and Performance are met.
  • Measure built-in quality and provide feedback to the Agile team.
  • Design and develop pipeline for continuous testing and continuous integration.
  • Document automation testing procedures and results.
  • Empower other testers in test automation.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest automation testing tools and techniques.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in software development or automation testing.
  • Experience with WinAppDriver, Selenium, Appium, or other automation testing frameworks.
  • Experience with C#.
  • Experience with Agile software development methodologies.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
