About the Position
In this role, you will develop, maintain, and optimize in-house business applications. You will work closely with stakeholders to ensure that the business application landscape effectively supports our banking operations. Your key responsibilities include maintaining and developing in-house business applications, analysing business requirements, and implementing new features. Additionally, you will use, develop and maintain a full DevOps environment to ensure seamless application lifecycle management. You will also ensure operational and production monitoring of developed applications and develop automated application control tools for enhanced efficiency. Furthermore, you will implement and maintain interfaces between banking applications, develop BI reports and applications to support business intelligence needs, and maintain and update related documentation and procedures.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree (HES/EPF) in Computer Science or equivalent.
  • At least 4 years of experience in business application development.
  • Expertise in relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server) and complex queries (SQL, PL/SQL, data modeling).
  • Proficiency in Full Stack Development: Java, Spring Boot, Angular.
  • Agile Methodology experience (Scrum, Kanban) is required.
  • Knowledge of BI tools (SAP Business Objects, QlikSense) is an asset.
  • Solid experience with DevOps & CI/CD technologies (example: GitLab, Docker, Kubernetes, Sonar, Nexus).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage projects independently.
  • Fluency in French and a good level of English.
  • Professional experience in Trade Finance and Banking is highly desirable.
