Inventory Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Logistics Coordinator to join our team at Leister Technologies AG. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for the independent processing, control, and monitoring of all incoming and outgoing goods.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate the flow of goods, materials, and supplies within the company
• Book and track shipments, ensuring timely and efficient delivery
• Handle the packaging and provision of sensitive products, adhering to strict quality and safety standards
• Pick and prepare goods for production, ensuring accurate and efficient processing
• Develop, document, and implement internal logistics and warehousing processes, improving efficiency and reducing costs
• Conduct regular stock checks and inventories, maintaining accurate records and reporting any discrepancies
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless waste disposal management and chemical warehouse operations

Requirements

• Completed training as a logistics specialist or equivalent experience
• Proven experience in intralogistics, preferably in a production company
• Experience with increased work requirements, such as clean room environments, and handling hazardous substances is desirable
• Familiarity with MS Office and ERP systems
• Independent, proactive, reliable, and quality-oriented work style
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
