Key Responsibilities:
We are seeking an experienced professional to provide exceptional service to our institutional clients, including banks, hedge funds, and financial advisors. The successful candidate will be proficient in Italian and English, with a third language being beneficial. Key responsibilities include:
- Troubleshooting technical, account, and trade-related queries via telephone, ticket, and live chat.
- Escalating high-level issues to relevant stakeholders and suggesting process improvements.
- Assisting with client onboarding, training, and general market research and development.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will possess a strong knowledge of listed Equities, Options, Futures, and/or FX. They should be analytical problem-solvers with a passion for technology and financial markets. Prior experience in international settlements or clearing operations is a plus. Additionally, they should have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
