We're looking for an exceptional leader to join our team as the Global Staffing Optimization Lead As a key member of our Operations organization, you'll play a critical role in optimizing our workforce planning and management processes. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement a comprehensive staffing optimization strategy, leveraging data analytics and business acumen to drive efficiency and effectiveness.

Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute a staffing optimization strategy that aligns with the company's strategic objectives.
  2. Leverage data analytics and business intelligence to identify opportunities for improvement and inform decision-making.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and alignment with global standards.
  4. Drive the implementation of best practices for workforce planning, ensuring consistency and accuracy across all regions and units.

To succeed in this role, you'll require a strong understanding of workforce planning and management principles, as well as experience in leading cross-functional teams. A bachelor's degree in Business, Business economics, Engineering or related field is necessary, with advanced degrees being highly valued. You'll also need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence others to action.
