Job Description

We are seeking an International Digital Media Specialist to join our Marketing Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing digital media plans to enhance Longines brand visibility and reach target audiences effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop international media strategies in line with brand objectives and market trends
  • Plan, execute, and monitor digital media campaigns across various platforms (social media, display advertising, CTV)
  • Coordinate with internal teams and markets on visual planning for global digital media campaigns
  • Track, monitor, and optimize media campaign performance against KPIs, evaluate results, and adjust strategy and budgets accordingly
  • Produce regular reports and make strategic recommendations
  • Collaborate with Longines international teams to coordinate global and local media campaigns
  • Work with marketing teams to create advertising copy and develop digital assets for consistent and impactful messaging
  • Manage relationships with agencies and third-party vendors supporting Longines paid marketing efforts
  • Conduct market research and audience analysis to inform media planning decisions
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, emerging media channels, and best practices

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in digital media planning
  • Proven track record of successful media campaigns for luxury or prestige brands
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data with a good understanding of KPIs and metrics
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Creative thinker with ability to develop innovative media solutions
  • Proficiency in media planning tools and software
  • Experience managing paid media budgets on a global level
  • Extensive knowledge and understanding of technology and digital trends
  • Team player able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects and quick turnarounds

Languages

Fluent in English; knowledge of French or German is a plus
