Position Overview

Role Summary

Are you interested in joining a dedicated team that focuses on orchestrating high-level cyber simulation exercises? Do you excel at collaborating with various stakeholders across different sectors of a business?

If this resonates with you, we invite you to consider the role of Cybersecurity Simulation Specialist within our Cyber Simulation & Advisory division. In this position, you will be tasked with crafting and executing scenario-driven assessments of cybersecurity governance and operational processes for senior leadership teams. Your contributions will include the development of authentic cyber scenarios, collaboration with colleagues across various business lines, preparation of exercise documentation, and the delivery of comprehensive after-action reports that include actionable recommendations aimed at enhancing our clients' cybersecurity preparedness and resilience.

This role offers a blend of remote and on-site work in a flexible hybrid arrangement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement engaging and innovative cyber simulation exercises for the organization’s executive leadership
  • Create high-quality presentations and materials tailored for senior executives
  • Compile and present after-action reports with insights and suggestions for improvement
  • Act as a liaison and advisory resource for partners across various business units on behalf of the Cyber Intelligence Center

Qualifications

  • Preferably experience in a global enterprise within the realm of cybersecurity and information assurance, emphasizing cyber risk management, readiness, resilience, or crisis response
  • Proven experience in designing executive-level tabletop exercises for senior stakeholders in complex organizations
  • Extensive technical expertise in cybersecurity, including a thorough understanding of global cyber threats, threat actors, and the tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs) employed by cyber adversaries, particularly in the financial sector
  • Collaborative team player with the ability to work autonomously to organize, manage, and complete projects under tight deadlines
  • Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills across all organizational levels
  • Strong analytical capabilities and meticulous attention to detail
  • Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in German is a notable advantage
