Corporate Controller

We are seeking a Corporate Controller to join our team in Switzerland. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and adherence to all relevant regulations in regards to accounting and tax compliance of our Swiss subsidiary.

This role involves preparing and filing of VAT returns, preparation and filing of all tax returns, preparation of annual Statutory Financial statements, and overseeing internal and external communications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and other documents to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain accurate and efficient accounting practices
• Collaborate with the finance team to analyze financial data and provide insights for business decisions
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including management, auditors, and regulators
