We are seeking a highly skilled Demand Forecasting Expert to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining accurate demand forecasts using historical data and market trends.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of demand planning processes, conduct thorough analysis of customer point-of-sale data and internal order-management systems to identify trends and opportunities, and present findings and recommendations to stakeholders to inform business decisions.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts using historical data and market trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of demand planning processes.
- Conduct thorough analysis of customer point-of-sale data and internal order-management systems to identify trends and opportunities.
- Presentation of findings and recommendations to stakeholders to inform business decisions.
- Continuously improve and refine demand planning processes to drive business growth and efficiency.
What You'll Need
- Relevant industry experience in the automotive or aftermarket parts business.
- 2-6 years of supply chain planning experience in the areas of S&O.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
