About the Role
As a Data Protection Trainee at Georg Fischer AG in Schaffhausen, you will play a key role in maintaining our data inventories in OneTrust, supporting the Group Data Protection Office in day-to-day operations, and promoting privacy across the organization.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Support in maintaining GF's data inventories (processing activities, assets, and vendors) in OneTrust.
- Support the Group Data Protection Office in Schaffhausen, Switzerland in day-to-day operations.
- Promote privacy across the organization.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to assess whether data collection and usage practices are transparent, protect user privacy, and mitigate risk.
- Support privacy risk assessments.
- Draft privacy policies, procedures and training materials.
- Evaluate effectiveness of privacy processes.
About You
We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual with a Bachelor's or master's degree in law, business administration, business informatics or similar, fluency in German and English, and excellent interpersonal communication skills.
