We are seeking a skilled and motivated GMP High Bay Warehouse Specialist to join our team in Stein.

The successful candidate will drive the execution and coordination of defined CQV activities in the warehouse for cold and ambient temperatures, supporting building operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure CQV activities align with CORP 35, the C&Q Plan, and supporting Validation Plans.
  • CQ SME for High Bay warehouse scope - cold and ambient (high preference).
  • Support CQ execution for key main equipment: Semi-automated and fully automated visual inspection machine, other small support equipment (LAF, thawing units, fridges, freezers, cold /freezer rooms, etc.), ensuring alignment with equivalent systems in QC building.
  • Execute commissioning activities related to allocated areas or systems.
  • Coordinate execution activities with CSV Team and global IT teams.
  • Lead CQ testing activities supported by vendors and contractors.
  • Develop supporting validation plans related to scope of execution.
  • Support Master C&Q Plan updates during project life cycle.
  • Interface with HSE, Automation, Electrical, Instrumentation, Operation, and Engineering disciplines.

Your Profile:

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
  • Minimum 8 years' experience in relevant areas/systems under future responsibility.
  • Diploma-level degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering.
  • Previous experience in authoring CQV life cycle documents.
  • Field CQV execution experience.
  • Considerable cGMP experience.
  • Experience with Kneat documentation development and execution.
