Software Automation Specialist

We are looking for a talented Software Automation Specialist to join our team.

• Develop and maintain testing automation setup, including docker images, automation scripts, and Kubernetes configuration.
• Participate in feature definition and ensure clear acceptance criteria for concise test plans.
• Enhance test suites and frameworks for unit, integration, functional, end-to-end, and stress testing.
• Expand test automation coverage to include performance, load, security, and other areas.
• Collaborate with the delivery team on CI/CD projects.
• Provide L3 support and contribute to product architecture and design.
• Stay up-to-date with technology roadmap and best practices.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science.
• At least 5 years of experience in software development/QA.
• Experience with tools like Selenium, Cypress, and Jenkins.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java and JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Familiarity with public cloud providers (AWS, Azure).
• Experience developing scalable, high-availability, and reliable software.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Mindset oriented towards continuous improvement, lean thinking, and high-quality work.

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
