Belvédère Strandhotel is a 4-star superior hotel located in Spiez, Switzerland, and part of the Hauenstein Hotels group. We're looking for a motivated and skilled individual to join our team as our Deputy Head of Housekeeping.

• Support and represent the Head of Housekeeping in coordinating and leading the Housekeeping team.
• Share responsibility for controlling and procurement in the Housekeeping department.
• Ensure the overall cleanliness and orderliness of all public areas, rooms, seminar rooms, and the hotel grounds, including staff accommodations and the wellness area with indoor and outdoor pools.
• Active participation in the Housekeeping team.
• Contribute to creating a perfect stay for our guests.
• Conduct room inspections, initiate repairs, and organize and coordinate deep cleans in consultation with the Head of Housekeeping.
• Participate in creating service schedules, including vacation planning, staff training, and onboarding.
• Close collaboration and communication with the reception and other departments.
• Participate in regular internal meetings in the absence of the Head of Housekeeping.
• Monitor all cleaning equipment and supplies in collaboration with the Head of Housekeeping.
• Adhere to internal service and quality standards, HACCP hygiene regulations, and safety regulations.

• Completed hotel management training (EFZ) or equivalent.
• First experience in a comparable position is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
• Knowledge of Mirus, Protel, and Hotelkit is beneficial.
• Excellent German and English language skills, further foreign languages are an asset.
• Flexible team player with initiative, who appreciates the variety of daily tasks.
• Good communication skills and high willingness to provide excellent service.
