We are seeking a highly experienced Quality Manager to join our team at Experis Switzerland. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective implementation and compliance of our Quality Management System across all sites.
Your primary focus will be on defining and maintaining our site's cGMP status in alignment with regulatory guidelines (e.g., ICH, ISO) and legal requirements (e.g., pharmacopoeias, CEP, FSSC, FAMI-QS). You will ensure that all local documents remain compliant and up-to-date.
- Key Performance Indicators:
- Ensure the effective implementation, compliance, and reporting of Quality Management Systems across all sites.
- Define and maintain the site's cGMP status in alignment with regulatory guidelines and legal requirements.
- Review, approve, and release quality-related documents, including specifications, manufacturing instructions, and validation records.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives for the Quality Management System using Lean principles to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Develop and execute strategic quality concepts to address evolving regulatory requirements and customer expectations.
- Conduct and oversee Product Quality Reviews (PQRs) and Annual Product Reviews (APRs) for assigned products and services.
