The Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) team plays a crucial role in shaping the company's second line of defense on capital management activities.

You will work closely with senior management, finance teams, and other stakeholders to ensure risk management practices meet regulatory expectations.

  • Key Responsibilities: Lead critical reviews of finance deliverables, particularly ICAAP-related tasks, and drive the development of stress-testing frameworks focusing on capital and liquidity.

  • Your Impact: Contribute to complex projects like CRD IV gap analysis and provide expert opinions to senior management and regulators.

  • About You: A proactive, strategic thinker with 5-8 years of experience in risk and capital management within the financial services industry.
