Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow HRSD Developer to join our team at TEKsystems. As a key member of our ServiceNow Engineering team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing new processes and functionalities in the HR Service Delivery (HRSD) module.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement complex functionalities to meet business requirements
- Understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Integrate ServiceNow platform with other systems
- Participate in design discussions and architectural decisions
- Maintain and support existing processes
- Manage development life cycle and deployments between ServiceNow instances
- Participate in ServiceNow major upgrades
- Produce technical documentation
Requirements:
- 7+ years' experience as IT developer, with 3 years' experience with ServiceNow, including mandatory experience with Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD)
- Solid understanding of the full HRSD software development life cycle, including business requirements analysis, design, testing, and deployment
- Experience setting up HRSD from scratch, including overall architecture and integrations, and advising on best practices
- Proficiency in ServiceNow front- and back-end capabilities, including web technologies such as HTML and CSS, as well as JavaScript
- Strong development skills to implement integrations between ServiceNow and other internal systems
Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Excellent team player and ability to collaborate with team members and business counterparts
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues effectively
Nice to Have:
- Bachelor's degree in IT or related field
- Experience with coordinating ServiceNow major upgrades, resolving conflicts between ServiceNow instances, and providing general guidance and good practices
- Solid experience in configuring forms, tables, lists, notifications, and core components such as workflow editor and flow designer
- Certification as ServiceNow certified system administrator is an advantage
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – HRSD
- Additional experience in any of the following modules will be considered an advantage: ITSM, ITOM, SPM, App Engine, Integration Hub, and CSM
