Job Summary

The Process Commissioning and Qualification (CQ) Technical Lead is responsible for overseeing the planning, preparation, coordination, and execution of CQ activities from documentation to handover.

Main Responsibilities

  • General Management and Coordination: Development of a comprehensive level 3 CQ plan in conjunction with the Client project scheduler, meeting key project milestones, leading weekly multidisciplinary CQV, Eng, CM, and USER coordination meetings, and maintaining an org chart.
  • CQV Documentation and Execution: Coordinating development and approvals of CQ test plans and specifications, defining workflows and approval cycles, ensuring adherence to schedule, man-hours, and quality, and supporting the Prep team as required.
  • Execution Readiness: FAT support, documented training on PSPs, monitoring and coordinating MC readiness, CQV documentation readiness, automation readiness, SUT installation, and vendor notification of SAT dates.
  • CQV Execution: Daily multidisciplinary CQV, Eng, CM, and USER coordination meetings, HSE management, MC acceptance, managing CQV execution activities, ensuring compliance with qualification requirements, tracking changes, punch items, and deficiencies, and reviewing first-of-type CQV test reports.
