Job Description

This is a unique opportunity to join our Data Hub, Reporting & MIS team and contribute to our ambitious digital transformation and migration to the cloud. As a Platform Manager, you will define the roadmap for a specific platform under your responsibility, aligning with stakeholders' vision and ensuring seamless integration with on-premise infrastructures.

  1. Develop and implement strategic plans, aligning with stakeholders;
  2. Create and maintain a comprehensive service catalog and Business Service Agreement;
  3. Monitor and report on incidents and problems related to the platform;
  4. Establish and enforce platform goals, driving adoption and growth;
  5. Manage the platform budget and lead cross-functional teams;
  6. Grow individual team members as product experts;
  7. Ensure Platform Lifecycle process enforcement and collaborate with production teams;
  8. Support overall products strategy that drives business priorities;
  9. Facilitate communication between platform strategy, development, and operations;
  10. Monitor and analyze IT initiatives and projects, driving innovation.
Requirements

You will need:

  • Experience in a similar role, preferably in the banking industry;
  • Strong business judgment and strategic planning skills;
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly;
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills;
  • Fluency in English and French, with additional languages an asset.
