Vice President Product Category - Texturants


We are seeking a seasoned leader to drive growth and profitability in our Texturants category. As Vice President, you will develop and implement a category strategy that aligns with corporate objectives and market trends.



  • Product Strategy: Develop and implement a product strategy that enhances competitiveness and drives growth through innovation and strategic acquisitions.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Stakeholder Management: Ensure alignment with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
  • Customer Focus: Deliver customer-centric solutions that meet their needs and exceed their expectations.
  • Culture Ambassador: Promote the company culture and values, ensuring a positive and inclusive work environment.

Requirements:



  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Experience: 10 years of experience in product management or related roles, with a proven track record of success in driving product growth and profitability.
  • Skills: Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Leadership: Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
