Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten
  • Begleitung und Beratung von Teams bei der Implementierung einer modernen Microservices-Architektur
  • Übertragung geschäftlicher Herausforderungen in technische Lösungen
  • Teilnahme an der Gestaltung des Produkts und Legen des architektonischen Grundsteins für die neue Softwarelösung
  • Entwicklung von Vorgaben und Qualitätsstandards für das gesamte agile Entwicklungsteam
  • Arbeit mit Kollegen aus der Business-Analyse, der Entwicklung und den Kunden zusammen
Voraussetzungen und Anforderungen
  • Nachgewiesene Führungs-, Kommunikations- und Coachingkompetenzen
  • Teamplayer mit hoher Eigeninitiative und kommunikativer Persönlichkeit
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Design und Betrieb einer komplexen Microservices-Architektur
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Java, Kafka, REST, Angular oder anderen Frontend-Frameworks
  • Sehr gute Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch
  • Hochschul- oder Fachhochschulabschluss in Informatik oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
