Your Mission
- Act as the primary liaison between our laboratory and customers, fostering seamless communication and data interpretation.
- Collaborate with biopharma, biotech, and life sciences companies to help them extract maximum value from our protein characterization workflows.
- Combine scientific expertise with customer success, explaining complex biological data and guiding customers through our internal software.
- Work closely with R&D teams to interpret results, refine experimental strategies, and ensure smooth project execution.
Essential Skills
- Strong background in experimental biology, bioengineering, or a related field, with a deep understanding of protein engineering and biotherapeutics development.
- Hands-on experience with in vitro protein characterization techniques, such as binding affinity assays (SPR, BLI), thermostability analysis, aggregation studies, and biophysical measurements.
- Excellent communication skills, able to translate complex scientific concepts into clear, actionable insights for customers.
- Self-starter mentality, highly proactive, adaptable, and able to jump into customer interactions without hesitation.
