Salary:$120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Product Owner to join our Development department in the field of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) applications. Our CRM platform is a key differentiator in our technology offering, fully integrated with our Wealth Management applications suite. As one of the product owners, you will form part of the Wealth Management software development team and report to the CRM product manager. This team works within an agile framework, collaborating with peer product owners, product managers, project managers, business analysts, developers, and stakeholders from the private client unit.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop a product vision and roadmap aligned with the organization's strategic direction.
  • Establish effective communication between business stakeholders and the product team.
  • Perform market watch and analysis of potential competitors and alternatives.
  • Proactively work with 3rd party suppliers to drive value and establish solid relationships.
  • Foster a positive product team dynamic while maximizing ROI and end-user satisfaction.
  • Maintain and prioritize the backlog, ensuring product maintenance for stability and sustainability.
  • Create sprint goals, actionable epics, and user stories based on requirements.
  • Participate in project estimation costs based on business requirements.
  • Oversee test strategy definition, execution, and automation.
  • Track product analytics to measure adoption and performance, using data to drive decisions and set priorities.

Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • +5 years of experience in managing application and digital solution delivery.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, business management, or a relevant field. A master's degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a product owner, project manager, or similar role, demonstrating successful delivery on various scope and complexity.
  • Agile project management certifications are desirable.
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams and managing stakeholders with diverse backgrounds and perspectives.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Excellent leadership abilities, with the capacity to lead product vision.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to break complex problems into simpler ones and prioritize them based on ROI.
  • Financial acumen and budget management skills.
  • Business and technical knowledge of existing best-in-class banking CRM applications would be a plus.
