**The Role**

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team and help us launch new products into the market. As Operations Manager, you will be responsible for guiding and forming the operational team, enabling the fulfillment of our product in the market.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Organization and management of all processes, KPIs, and supporting systems

• Sourcing and contractual negotiations with all suppliers and external partners

• Oversight of production as well as in- and out-bond logistic matters

• Responsibility for quality assurance and compliance

• Organization, support, and coordination of HR and IT services

**Requirements**

• 10 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a small company scaling up

• Experience with putting new products into production

• Master's degree in business, industrial engineering, operations management, or MBA

• Enterprise architecture

• Familiarity with relevant industry regulations and standards highly valued

• Agile and entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on approach

• Excellent problem-solving skills, critical, and analytical thinking

• Flexible and collaborative mindset in adapting to changing demands and embracing a responsive approach

• Strong communication, negotiation, and conflict management skills
