The Director of Food and Beverage will be responsible for leading the Food and Beverage Division, ensuring the management of the department results in continued growth and profitability. In liaison with operational departments, she/he will optimize departmental operations, supervising and controlling all Food and Beverage activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations and administrative functions of the department
- Direct and control activities of various services in the Food and Beverage Department to ensure Four Seasons quality standards are applied
- Coordinate selection, training, development, and evaluation of employees and managers in the Food and Beverage Division
- Participate in long-range strategic planning for outlet operation and contribute to hotel's annual Marketing plan
- Maintain relationships with regular guests and cultivate relationships with new patrons
- Be present on operations and provide personalized follow-up for each guest during their stay
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- Qualified and experienced in service industry
- Excellent team spirit, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Able to meet expectations of high-end clientele
- Possesses organizational and managerial skills for day-to-day team management
About Geneva Location:
A landmark on lake Geneva since 1834, Four Seasons Hotel des Bergues Geneva blends a revitalized sense of history with warm and genuine personal service in the heart of the city. The Director of Food and Beverage will have the opportunity to work in this iconic hotel, managing a team of around 140 people.
Salary and Benefits:
The estimated salary for this position is CHF 120,000 - 150,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. The Director of Food and Beverage will receive a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and professional development opportunities.
