We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager Tax to join our EMEA Tax Team. Reporting to the Senior Director, Head of Tax EMEA, this role involves oversight and management of tax affairs for 20+ European territories.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with CSL Accounting Operations and external advisors to ensure direct tax compliance and associated notifications are completed efficiently.
  • Maintain indirect tax compliance, ensuring good governance and adherence to CSL policy.
  • Anticipate, oversee and manage tax authority audits – liaising with external advisors, Accounting Operations, Finance Business Partners and the local business as required.
  • Provide tax advice on business changes or transactions, ensuring tax requirements are understood and complied with across each territory.
  • E nsure tax accounting requirements (current & deferred tax) for each territory are complied with/outcomes reviewed for financial close, forecast and budget preparation.
  • Input to Accounting Operations team with respect to local statutory account tax calculations & disclosures.
  • Work with external providers & the business in respect of the company's claims to tax incentives.
  • Facilitate the Global Transfer Pricing team's review of transactional changes, including facilitation of the local business' review of transfer pricing documentation.
