Head of Value Chain Asset Management

Main Responsibilities
- Develop and implement value chain asset strategies, collaborating with stakeholders to drive economic performance and growth.
- Lead discussions on asset performance and outlook with the Executive Board, ensuring alignment and informed decision-making.
- Coordinate asset-level planning, budgeting, and forecasting, ensuring seamless execution and closing activities.
- Work with the management team and Finance Business Partners to identify optimization areas and drive action definition for value chain assets.
- Foster a culture of change and innovation.
- Lead and motivate a team with diverse responsibilities, promoting an entrepreneurial mindset and strategic vision.
Your Profile
- Hold a degree in business administration with a focus on Controlling/Finance.
- Possess several years of experience in a similar environment, preferably in the energy/commodity trading sector.
- Demonstrate strong analytical skills and a structured approach to problem-solving.
- Exhibit high awareness and focus on stakeholder management.
- Display an open-minded attitude and willingness to drive change and continuous improvement.
- Have at least 5 years of previous people management experience.
- Fluently speak English.
