About our program:

As an intern at Batmaid, you will be directly involved in day-to-day operations, working with experienced professionals and gaining hands-on experience of our business. You will have exposure to our core customer and business markets, products, and other key business topics.

You can expect to work on various projects, including:

  • Operations: Providing exceptional customer service and support by answering queries and making recommendations to achieve successful satisfaction across our B2C, B2B, and EOT offerings.
  • Recruitment: Developing innovative strategies to attract new talent applications and accompanying candidates through their training and hiring process.
  • Administration: Contributing to the execution of processes central to managing customers and employees, including Accounts Receivable, Payroll, and Social Insurance coordination.

  • You speak English to a minimum C1 level.
