About the Job

We are seeking a skilled HR Specialist to join our international team in Heerbrugg, Switzerland. As the face of HR in Switzerland, you will be responsible for managing the entire employee lifecycle, ensuring compliance with all labor and social security regulations, and participating in various HR activities and projects.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Serving as the point of contact for employees, line managers, and employment authorities on all local HR matters, including policies, benefits, work permits, withholding taxes, time tracking, and more.
  • Coordinating the full employee lifecycle in Switzerland, including new starters' offers and onboarding, contract changes, leaver process administration, and exit interviews.
  • Overseeing the payroll process by providing all necessary data to ensure seamless payment of salaries and variables.
  • Promoting company culture initiatives, such as inclusion and diversity, engagement and wellbeing programs, supporting the annual talent and performance processes, and participating in HR projects across EMEA.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will have a minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in HR, a strong understanding of HR administration and payroll coordination, good knowledge of Swiss HR processes and employment law, and a client-oriented mindset.

Our total compensation package includes a base salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on your qualifications and experience, plus additional benefits that support your well-being and career growth.
