Salary & Benefits

The remuneration for this position will be CHF 2200 per month, making it an attractive option for those looking for a stable income while working with a forward-thinking company.

Job Description
  • Support pre-event and onsite operations, including project coordination, logistics management, and stakeholder communication.
  • Lead minor projects and learn everything you need to know about project management and team leadership.
  • Have a unique and down-to-earth event industry experience while being exposed to top-notch technologies, trends, and conference environments.
Required Skills & Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong client empathy and business sensibility.
  • Attention to detail and high standards of achievement.
  • A can-do mindset, curiosity, and self-learning abilities.
  • Familiarity with computers, technology, and standard software (Powerpoint, Excel, Word).
