Verantwortlichkeiten:
  • Weitergabe von Marketingstrategien und -taktiken an interne Teams.
  • Aufbau, Pflege und Ausbau der B2C-Performance in verschiedenen Kanälen.
  • Konzipieren, Koordinieren, Durchführen und Kontrollieren von Marketingaktivitäten, wie Direct-Marketing, Werbung, PR und Online-Marketing.
  • Contentverantwortung für Social Media und Online-Marketingkanäle.
  • Direkte Unterstützung des Chief Marketing Officers (CMO) international.
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem B2B-Marketingteam.
  • Aufbau, Pflege und Kontrolle eines Marketing-Kampagnen-Managements sowie Marketing- und Kommunikationsroadmaps.
  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Marketingkonzepten unter Berücksichtigung von Markterhebungen.
  • Aufbau strategischer Partnerschaften und Mitarbeit in teamübergreifenden Projekten.
  • Aufbau und Entwicklung von B2C-Analytics.
Anforderungen:
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium oder entsprechende Weiterbildung im Bereich Marketing.
  • Mehrere Jahre Erfahrung in ähnlichen Positionen.
  • Sprachkenntnisse: Deutsch (Muttersprache), Englisch.
  • Flexible Arbeitszeit und mobiler Arbeitssitz möglich.
