We are looking for a highly skilled Private Client Operations Expert to join our team at Banque Pictet & Cie SA. As a key member of the operational banking department, you will be responsible for delivering world-class client experiences.

Key responsibilities include taking orders and placing orders in the system from clients, leading the end-to-end account opening process, and ensuring strict follow-up of documentation. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of dealing with private clients and supporting relationship managers.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Taking orders and placing orders in the system from clients
  • Leading the end-to-end account opening process, considering local regulatory specificities
  • Ensuring strict follow-up of documentation, contacting clients as needed
  • Supporting bankers in gathering information for KYC updates and account opening processes
  • Responsible for cash management for Advisory and ExO accounts
  • Processing workflow requests in systems and ensuring relevant client documentation is captured
  • Closely coordinating with Business Risk Managers to resolve risk & compliance matters
  • Processing payments and transfers while ensuring callbacks are performed
  • Supporting the Strategic Pricing Review project: updating client pricing, inputting workflows, and liaising with Project managers and Pricing teams

Your Profile:

  • Service-oriented, with experience dealing with private clients and supporting relationship managers
  • Understanding client documentation and internal processes of a wealth manager
  • Familiarity with regulatory dimensions, including cross-border, R&C, PEP, CARA, FATCA, CRS, etc.
  • Attention to detail, able to work independently and diligently
  • Reliable and resilient, with a strong sense of responsibility and ability to multitask
  • Solutions-oriented and proactive mindset, excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong sense of ethics, aligned with Pictet's values and partnership culture
  • Strong team spirit
  • Must be resident in Switzerland with a valid work permit
