Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Data & AI Projektmanager, der anspruchsvolle Projekte in unserem Bereich leitet und verwaltet. Die ideale Kandidatur hat nachweislich komplexe Daten- und KI-Projekte erfolgreich abgeschlossen und dabei hervorragende Beziehungen zu Kunden aufgebaut.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Projektmanagement: Leitung der Planung, Ausführung sowie Lieferung von Projekten im Bereich Data & AI.
  • Risikomanagement: Identifizierung potenzieller Risiken und Entwicklung von Minderungsstrategien, um den Projekterfolg sicherzustellen.
  • Teamführung: Leitung und Mentoring von Projektteams, um eine kollaborative Umgebung zu fördern.
  • Budgetmanagement: Überwachung der Projektbudgets, um sicherzustellen, dass die finanziellen Ziele erreicht werden.
  • Qualitätssicherung: Sicherstellung, dass alle Projektergebnisse den höchsten Qualitätsstandards entsprechen.
  • Berichterstattung: Regelmäßige Projektupdates an das Management und die Stakeholder, um Fortschritte und Risiken hervorzuheben.
  • Stakeholder-Management: Aufbau und Pflege starker Beziehungen zu Kunden und internen Stakeholdern.
  • Geschäftsentwicklung: Identifizierung von Upselling- und Cross-Selling-Möglichkeiten bei eigenen Kunden.

Dein Profil

  • Hochschulabschluss ETH/UNI/FH.
  • Mindestens 12 Jahre Erfahrung mit Data & AI, davon rund 8 Jahre Erfahrung im Projektmanagement.
  • Beherrschung von Cloud-Technologien (z.B. Azure, AWS, Databricks).
  • Hervorragende Fähigkeiten im Stakeholder-Management und in der Kommunikation.
  • Nachgewiesene Fähigkeit, mehrere Projekte gleichzeitig zu managen.
  • Starke analytische und problemlösende Fähigkeiten.
  • Starke Führungsqualitäten und die Fähigkeit, Teams zu inspirieren und zu motivieren.
  • Beherrschung von Projektmanagement-Tools und -Software (z.B. Azure DevOps, JIRA, Confluence).
  • Erfahrung mit agilen Organisationen (SAFE, Scrum).
  • Zertifizierungen, z.B. PMP, PRINCE2 oder gleichwertige Projektmanagement-Zertifizierung.
  • Fliessend in Deutsch und Englisch, Französisch ist ein Vorteil.
