About the Role
In this critical position, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and priorities, establish and enforce data quality standards, and define the integration flow of data across relevant systems.
You will cultivate collaborative relationships with HR managers and the IT project team to align data with business processes, identify data requirements and workflows for effective HRIS implementation, and work closely with the Data Protection Officer to ensure compliance with regulations.
This is an exceptional opportunity to drive strategic decision-making and ensure data integrity across the organization, leveraging your expertise in data analysis, architecture, and modeling to make a lasting impact.
Your Profile
- Professional Requirements: Proven track record in leading data architecture initiatives, preferably with HR and in an international environment
- Experience: Must have experience as a data analyst, with prior experience in HR projects a plus
- Languages: Fluent in both English and French
- Personal Abilities: Leader and facilitator, analytical and organized, pragmatic, positive, good communicator, promoter of change, collaborative and a team player
