Senior Manager Sourcing Cocoa

About this role

This role involves supporting sourcing for spend categories, including sourcing execution and stakeholder management, to maximize the total value of ownership for the organization. Collaborate closely with local business and global spend category teams to ensure best practice sharing and driving value for the organization.

Your responsibilities

  1. Taking the lead in creating value through innovation, sustainability, risk management, quality, service, cash, and productivity programs, ensuring compliance with policies, strategies, and processes.
  2. Developing and deploying sourcing strategies and managing supplier relationships, working with internal and external stakeholders to maintain Mondelēz International's competitive advantage.
  3. Building programs with the business and suppliers that incorporate best practices, market insights, risks, and opportunities, and setting a clear vision for various areas, defining and delivering ambitious plans that encourage teams and stakeholders to engage.

What you will bring

A complex portfolio with high spend, requiring an understanding of the PNOC process and close collaboration with the CPRM Team. Strategic categories to deliver company growth, financials, and sustainability commitments, as well as close suppliers' partnership and governance, and constant exposure to Senior Leadership and Stakeholders.

Education / Certifications: Bachelor, Engineer, or MBA.

Job specific requirements:

  • Skilled negotiator, strategizing sourcing models and negotiation approach in a complex environment.
  • Knowledge in Excel, PowerPoint, and Contract management.

Travel requirements: Around 10% of business work per year.

The responsibilities of this position are performed within the framework of a regional business model that is defined and managed by Mondelēz Europe GmbH, Switzerland.
