Job Summary: As a Global Logistics Coordinator at Randstad, you will oversee the timely delivery of orders, coordinate with vendors, and plan procurement activities to ensure operational continuity. The ideal candidate will have a degree in economics, business administration, or a related field, and a minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor delivery schedules to ensure timely order fulfillment and coordinate with logistics teams.
  • Plan procurement activities to guarantee operational continuity and optimize material flow.
  • Oversee logistics documentation, including customs procedures, to ensure compliance.
  • Coordinate with vendors and manage supply chain flows to minimize delays.
  • Track inventory levels and monitor shipments to prevent stockouts and overstocking.
  • Organize transportation and storage at external facilities to ensure efficient delivery.
  • Prepare regular reports and updates to stakeholders, highlighting key performance indicators.
  • Optimize supply chain efficiency by analyzing costs and times.

Requirements:

  • Degree in economics, business administration, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills.
