We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our dynamic EMEA team. As the financial conscience between international B2B customers, sales agents, and central finance teams, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless collection and dunning procedures, handling customer finance-related requests, and reporting to sales and management.
The ideal candidate will possess strong communication, research, problem-solving, and time management skills, with the ability to build relationships with dealers and our sales team. Fluency in Italian and English (C2 or native level) is mandatory.
Your Responsibilities- Process daily business tasks, including collection and dunning procedures, handling customer finance-related requests, and reporting to sales and management.
- Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and concerns.
- Cross-functionally implement improvements, new market entries, process automatization, tools & system implementations.
- A strong educational background and first work experience in accounts receivables or sales related environment.
- Fluency in both Italian and English written and spoken (C2 or native level).
- Excellent communication, research, problem solving, and time management skills.
- A self-driven personality with strong attention to detail.
- The ability to build relationships with dealers and our sales team.
